This powerful therapeutic form of massage from Thailand combines deep muscle compression with stretching and pressure points along energy (Sen) lines. This dynamic treatment is done on a mat on the floor. The Client is asked to wear loose, comfortable clothing. The Practitioner will use their feet, knees, and forearms to help you experience profound relief.

Foot Reflexology

Based on ancient worldwide practices, Reflexology is the art and science of stimulating or sedating specific reflex points in the feet and hands that correspond to the whole body, including organ systems. Reflexology works with the body's energy flow (Chi) to stimulate self-healing and maintain balance. The client may remain clothed for this treatment.

Shiatsu

Developed in Japan over 5,000 years, this ancient healing modality utilizes acupuncture points and stretches to stimulate the meridian systems. The Therapist employs finger, thumb, elbow or knee pressure to specific points to unblock Ki (life force), restoring and balancing, stimulating blood and lymphatic flow and bringing deep relaxation. The Client may remain clothed for this treatment.
